The Hospital seeks and 7 supports educational opportunities for the nursing department recognizing that knowledge is power 8 and the key to change. 10 In order to meet and exceed the standards of patient care, the Hospital requires specific national 11 certifications or required courses. The Hospital will pay for fees and/or expenses of mandatory 12 education in accordance with Legacy policy.
