Common use of Professional Development Day Clause in Contracts

Professional Development Day. 43.01 Each year, the Board shall grant one (1) common day with pay to all employees, for the purpose of Professional Development. 43.02 The Board shall recognize a Professional Development Committee of three (3) representatives of the Union which will be responsible for developing the P.D. day programs, subject to the approval of the Director of Education.
