Professional Growth Compensation. Professional growth units are adjusted at the beginning of each fiscal year. Units earned prior Employees shall inform the District of all units available within one (1) year of their first day of employment with the District. The District shall maintain a record of all units presented; If an employee is promoted to District employment of two (2) years prior to being presented a position where their relative units may apply, those units must be submitted to the Professional Growth Committee shall not be eligible for consideration approval before application for growth compensation.
