PROFESSIONAL GROWTH ON THE JOB. Section A. Meetings of employees are essential for purposes of organization, to facilitate integration of work schedules, and meet emergency situations. Such meetings shall be held from time to time as mutually agreed to between the Association and the District. If participation is required, employees shall be compensated.
