The Administration will, whenever financial resources allow, endeavor to provide upon application and approval of the building principal the necessary funds for teachers who desire to attend professional conferences. Travel, meals, lodging and registration fees shall be deemed reasonable expenses of the Board as well as the cost of a substitute teacher if needed to relieve the teacher attending such conference.
