Professional Obligations. (1) The Provider must comply with the following when providing the Services: (a) the Pharmacy Services Standards; (b) the Code of Ethics; and (c) any professional requirements or regulatory standards that may be specified by the Pharmacy Council, the Ministry of Health, Te Whatu Ora, or a regulatory body, from time to time.
