Common use of Professional Obligations Clause in Contracts

Professional Obligations. Employees are encouraged to avoid non-essential distractions of a personal or family nature during the work day. Non-emergency personal phone calls, interruptions by salesmen and commercial agents, or other similar disruptions during working hours should be avoided. Employees shall not bring their children to work unless authorized in advance by their principal or District department director.
