Professional Obligations. The District and the Union agree that each employee has a professional right and obligation to: a) Discharge administrative and professional responsibilities of his/her respective position. b) Provide services in accordance with District policies and regulations, state and/or federal laws and regulations and directives of the Board of Education and Superintendent. c) Provide effective professional and supervisory leadership to subordinate staff.
