Common use of Professional Relationship To General Contractor Clause in Contracts

Professional Relationship To General Contractor. The duties, obligations and responsibilities of the General Contractor under this Contract For Construction shall not be changed, abridged, altered, discharged, released, or satisfied by any duty, obligation or responsibility of any Professional. The General Contractor shall not be a third-party beneficiary of any agreement by and between the Owner and any Professional. The duties of the General Contractor to the Owner shall be independent of, and shall not be diminished by, any duties or obligations of any Professional to the Owner.
