Professional Services Contractor’s Key Personnel. Key Personnel are individuals either employed directly by the Professional Services Contractor or engaged by them as subconsultants who are considered to be essential to the performance of Services under an individual RO. Any and all Key Personnel shall be specified by name and job title in the RO.
