Professional Services Licensing Requirements. DB Contractor shall be fully responsible for furnishing the Professional Services of the Project through itself and/or subcontracts with licensed/registered Professional Service firm(s) as provided herein. The terms and provisions of this Section 1.8 shall control and supersede every other provision of all Contract Documents.
