Professional Services Taxes. If at any time ENGINEER's compensation under this Agreement becomes subject to a professional services tax, sales tax, Value Added Tax, gross receipts tax or similar levy imposed by any local, state, federal or other government or quasi-government agency or authority, CLIENT agrees to pay such tax or levy on ENGINEER's behalf or reimburse ENGINEER for its paying such tax or levy.
