Common use of Professional Skill Clause in Contracts

Professional Skill. It is further mutually understood and agreed by and between the parties hereto that the Consultant is skilled in the professional calling necessary to perform the work agreed to be done by it under this Contract, and that the City, not being skilled in such matters, relies upon the skill of the Consultant to do and perform its work in the most skillful manner in accordance with generally-accepted professional practice and the Consultant agrees to thus perform its work, and the acceptance of its work by the City shall not operate as a release of the Consultant from said Contract.

Professional Skill.
