Common use of Professional Status Clause in Contracts

The Administrator hereby affirms that the Administrator is not under contract with another school board or educational service unit covering any part of or all of the same terms provided in this Contract. The Administrator further affirms that throughout the term of this Contract she will hold a valid and appropriate certificate to act as an Educational Service Unit Administrator in the State of Nebraska.

This contract shall not be valid and the Board will not compensate the Administrator for any service performed before the date that he registers his certificates.
