Professional Status. A. It is agreed upon by the County and by the Union that all paid Unit employees of the Fire Rescue Division be classified as Professional Paramedics and Firefighters and are not subject to mandatory classification as a volunteer. B. No off duty member of the Bargaining Unit shall operate at Emergency Incidents C.
