Program and Service Operation. During the Term of this Program Agreement, Summit Learning shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Program and the Services shall function properly. Summit Learning shall use commercially reasonable efforts designed to promptly correct any failure of the Program and the Services to perform as described in this Program Agreement.

Program and Service Operation. During the term of this Agreement, Summit Learning shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Program and the Services shall be provided in compliance with Summit Learning’s then-most current documentation for the Program or written specifications for the corresponding other Services, as the case may be. Summit Learning shall use commercially reasonable efforts to correct, as soon as practicable, any failure of the Program and the Services to be provided in compliance with Summit Learning’s then-most current documentation for the Program or written specifications for the other corresponding Services, as the case may be.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary.

  • PROPANE GAS SYSTEM SERVICE AREA If the Property is located in a propane gas system service area owned by a distribution system retailer, Seller must give Buyer written notice as required by §141.010, Texas Utilities Code. An addendum containing the notice approved by TREC or required by the parties should be used.

  • Committee Operation a. The committee shall be chaired jointly by a committee member from the Association and a committee member from the Board.

  • Wireless Operator Data In addition to Section 20 (Information Authorization) of the General Terms, you acknowledge that we or Zelle® may use information on file with your wireless operator to further verify your identity and to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized use of the Service.   • Shift Operation When a three (3) shift operation is established by the Employer, the following conditions will apply: Those employees working on the day shift shall work eight (8) hours at the straight time rate. Those employees working on the afternoon shift shall work seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours per shift. A shift differential of one-seventh (1/7) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked. Those employees working on the night shift shall work seven (7) hours per shift. A shift differential of one-fifth (1/5) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked.
