Program Balance. On any day, you may confirm through the UNIFIMONEY Dashboard the aggregate principal balance representing your funds held in the Checking Account and your interests in the Program Accounts held in your Custodial Account (your “Program Balance”), and the principal balance of your funds held in Program Accounts at each Program Bank, as of the settlement of payments to and from UMB and the Program Banks for the preceding Business Day or, after settlement on a Business Day, for that Business Day. The amount allocated to Program Banks each Business Day will reflect your Program Balance, plus any funds to be deposited at Program Banks on that day, minus any withdrawals from the Program that will occur on that day.

Personal checks will be accepted upon approval; if funds are not credited within seven days booking will be cancelled; if this happens, deposits will be refunded less a $100.00 administrative fee. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. Guests that cancel less than 30 days but more than 14 days will be charged 50% of the full amount. GUESTS THAT CANCEL WITHIN THE 14-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane or disaster evacuation. WE STRONGLY URGE YOU TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSUANCE. HAZARDOUS PRACTICES No barbeque grills of any kind are permitted on balconies or in the unit. No open flames i.e., candle burning, is permitted on balconies or in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental, activation of smoke detector alarm. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit. FAMILY RENTAL ONLY Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted according to Florida Statute 508.141 (applies in Maryland) with forfeiture of all monies. FALSIFIED RESERVATION any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment. HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are not included but may be ordered prior to checkin by calling Ocean City Beach and Linen Rental on 410-524-7057. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, soap is provided. There is a $_CleaningFee_ one-time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive sand.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts Employees in the unit shall have access to the County’s flexible spending account program, which provides employees with the options of dependent care assistance benefits with a calendar year maximum of $5,000, and medical expense reimbursement benefits with a calendar year maximum of $2,400. The County shall maintain this plan in compliance with IRC §125. Employee premiums for flexible spending account benefits shall be deducted on a pre-tax basis from employee pay.

  • Contribution Formula - Basic Life Coverage For employee basic life coverage and accidental death and dismemberment coverage, the Employer contributes one-hundred (100) percent of the cost.
