Program Communications. The Program Manager shall be the principal interface between the Program and the Contractor’s corporate organization, the Contractor and Subcontractors (if applicable), and between the Contractor and the TerreStar Program Office for all matters relating to the contract. The Program Manager shall also serve as the focal point for the identification and resolution of all problems.
