Program Completion. DISTRICT shall have the right to approve the graduation of apprentices from the Program and may review academic records of apprentices enrolled in the Program in addition to the RSI Attendance Records for purposes of determining apprentices’ completion of required coursework/training for graduation from the Program (“Program Completion Records”). DISTRICT may request such Program Completion Documents from PROGRAM SPONSOR from time-to-time during the Term of this Agreement. DISTRICT shall maintain Program Completion Records for no less than 5 years.
Program Completion. The effect of any leave granted by Hospital on the Fellow’s reappointment or completion of the Program will be determined in accordance with the Handbook. Program Completion. For the program, Contractor criteria shall be for successful completion of the program. The criteria must be based on an offender acquiring pro-social behaviors,attitudes, and beliefs while in the program and not engaging in behavior that jeopardizes the safety of staff and other offenders. Offenders who meet these targets will be considered to have successfully completed the program. Successful offender program completion shall not be based solely on length of time in the program. A certificate of completion must be issued to each offender completing a specific treatment/programming curriculum and to each offender completing the overall treatment program offered at the Facility. The certificate must reflect the name of the curriculum or program, the offender’s name, the offender’s State identification number, and the number of hours completed in the course.

Program Completion a) Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program and attainment of Journeyperson status, and upon application for a vacant position, ex-apprentices and bargaining unit members who have successfully completed the program shall be eligible and may apply as per the provisions of the Collective Agreement, shall be considered prior to outside applicants, provided that the position which the ex- apprentices applies is filled within twenty-four (24) months from the date of their termination.
Program Completion. (a) Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program, and upon application for a vacant position, an ex-apprentice shall be deemed to be senior to outside applicants, provided that the position for which the ex-apprentice applies is filled within twenty-four (24) months from the date of her/his termination. The ex- apprentice will be hired at the current journeyperson entry rate, and will advance on the scale in accordance with Step Progression under the Salary Implementation Formula.
Program Completion. A resident or external fellow shall begin their pay-back period upon completion of their preceptorship. All Nurses who participate in a Resident or Fellowship program shall remain obligated to complete all program requirements.
