Accommodation for Disabilities. UCMC complies with rules and regulations covering accommodations for disabilities such as the Americans with Disabilities Act. UC Health’s Equal Employment Opportunity Policy is accessible on the UC Health website or through the Office of Graduate Medical Education.
Accommodation for Disabilities. MAHEC complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and state and local requirements regarding Fellow with disabilities. Upon request, MAHEC will provide a reasonable accommodation to the known physical or mental limitations of an otherwise qualified applicant or employee with a disability, unless doing so would impose an undue hardship on MAHEC.
Accommodation for Disabilities.
Section 1. WSF will at all times comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and RCW 49.60 et Seq. and DOT Policies regarding reasonable accommodation as those statutes and policies apply to WSF Operations. In a case where an employee has a disability, as defined by ADA or comparable State statute, WSF shall consider a reasonable accommodation that allows an employee to perform the essential job functions of his classification for which he is otherwise qualified.
Section 2. In the event the employee cannot perform the essential job functions of the current classification as determined by WSF, WSF shall consider other open classification positions within WSF which the employee would be qualified to perform. WSF shall consider the employee for transfer to such open positions.
Section 3. Employees so transferred to another job classification shall perform the essential job functions of the new classification and shall be paid the compensation provided by the new job classification. In no event does WSF guarantee that an employee will be accommodated by a job transfer.
Accommodation for Disabilities. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), the American Council of Graduate Medical Education (“ACGME”) institutional requirements, and all other applicable state and local laws, Employer will provide reasonable accommodations to residents with disabilities, as set forth in Employer’s Human Resources Policy HRF.03.01.0048 “ADA/ADAAA Reasonable Accommodation.

Accommodation for Disabilities. Provide the residents with TBHC’s “Accommodating the Disabled Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) 1990, #C-170” Policy, applicable to residents with disabilities. (See Attachment 5.)
Accommodation for Disabilities. The Consortium’s policy on accommodation for disabilities is outlined in the Graduate Medical Education Policy, “Resident Accommodation,” which is located in the Graduate Medical Education Policies and Procedures Manual.
Accommodation for Disabilities. The Hospital agrees that it is and shall remain in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”) and that the Hospital shall not discriminate against a qualified individual with a disability because of the disability of such individual in regard to job application procedures, the hiring, advancement or discharge of employees, employee compensation, job training, and other terms, conditions and privileges of employment. The Hospital is also aware of its obligations and rights as an employer and the rights of employees under the ADA as set forth under the ADA provisions regarding “Reasonable Accommodation”.
Accommodation for Disabilities. An applicant or a Resident in a Program may request reasonable accommodation for disability using the process described in SYS-HR-206 (Accommodating Qualified Individuals with Disabilities) and in accordance with the Handbook.
