Moonlighting and Other Professional Activities. Resident acknowledges that the privilege of working for pay outside of the training program (“Moonlighting”) and any other professional activities outside the program must be in compliance with the guidelines set forth in the Handbook. Moonlighting must be approved, in writing, in advance by the Resident’s Program Director. Failure to comply with this section shall be considered a breach found in Section 5.2 of this Agreement.
