1) For 2018 and 2019: Worked a minimum of one (1) full year from the date of appointment to the Toledo Fire and Rescue Department. For 2020: Worked a minimum of three (3) full years from the date of appointment to the Toledo Fire and Rescue Department
2) Concurrence by the CEP Committee (defined herein)
3) Members must submit an application every year to the CEP Committee for review and verification between December 1 and December 31. Points shall be based on achievement as of December 31.
