Borrower’s property is subject to a foreclosure trustee sale (does not apply to short sale requests). • Hardship caused by voluntary resignation of employment. • Second mortgages eligible for 2MP or 2LP. • Borrower fails to satisfy underwriting guidelines. • Homeowner in an “active” bankruptcy is ineligible for assistance consideration. Homeowners who have previously filed bankruptcy are eligible for consideration with proof of court order “Dismissal” or “Discharge”.
