Program Interactions with Other Programs (e. g. other HFA programs) Homeowners who have participated in the Mortgage Payment Program (MPP) or the Second Mortgage Refinance Program (SMRP) may be eligible to participate in PRRLE if the borrower has become reemployed or secured other source(s) of fixed income and has demonstrated a qualifying hardship. Maximum total assistance amount per household is $75,000 if participating in multiple HHF programs.
