Program Interactions with Other Programs. (e.g. other HFA programs) Homeowners who participate in two or more of Ohio’s HHF programs are subject to a maximum benefit amount of $35,000 per household; however, the maximum program amount a homeowner may receive under MPA shall not exceed $25,000.

(e.g. other HFA programs) Homeowners who participate in the Mortgage Payment Program (MPP) may be eligible to participate in SMRP if the borrower has the ability to resume first mortgage payment yet second mortgage payment remains unaffordable. Eligible delinquent borrowers will be brought current with MPP One- Time Reinstatement if necessary and then are eligible for SMRP. Homeowners struggling with unaffordable mortgage payments may be eligible to participate in the Principal Reduction Recast/Lien Extinguishment for Unaffordable Mortgages Program and SMRP program to achieve an affordable mortgage payment. Maximum total assistance amount per household is $75,000 if participating in multiple HHF programs.

(e.g. other HFA programs) Borrowers may participate in other components, as long as the borrower meets the eligibility criteria of each component and combined total assistance received from all of the components does not exceed the lesser of: (a) the maximum household assistance of $100,000 or (b) the amount necessary to bring the outstanding mortgage balance to an amount as close to a 100% LTV ratio as the amount of per-household assistance will permit except as applied to 5(a).

(e.g. other HFA programs) This Program will interact with the following South Carolina HFA Hardest Hit Fund Programs: • Monthly Payment Assistance Program - Households that are not self-supporting after exhausting allowable funding under the Monthly Payment Assistance Program may be eligible for this Program. • Direct Loan Assistance - Households that are not self- supporting after exhausting allowable funding under the Direct Loan Assistance Program may be eligible for this Program.

(e.g. other HFA programs) ADOH will, on behalf of an approved seller, attempt to extinguish the second mortgage as part of a short sale that is part of the Short Sale Assistance Component. Assistance is capped at $8,500 when combined with the Short Sale Assistance Component. Borrowers may participate in other components, as long as borrower meets the eligibility criteria of each component and the combined total assistance received from all of the components is the lesser of the individual component caps or the total Program cap of $100,000.

(e.g. other HFA programs) This Program will interact with the following South Carolina HFA Hardest-Hit Fund Programs: • Monthly Payment Assistance Program – Households with an arrearage and a temporarily reduced level of income may be eligible for the Program and the MPA program to cure the immediate delinquency and to insure that further delinquencies are not incurred. • Property Disposition Assistance Program - Households that are not self-supporting after exhausting allowable funding under this Program may be eligible for the Property Disposition Assistance Program. • Total Assistance for households participating in multiple Programs is capped at $36,000 per household.

(e.g. other HFA programs) The DPA Program will take advantage of an existing infrastructure of participating lenders who are already actively originating both first mortgage and down payment assistance loans as part of Florida’s current HFA Homebuyer Loan Programs. If the borrower has received HHF assistance under any other HHF program, the maximum amount of all assistance may not exceed $65,000.
