Program Managers. Sunlight and Bank shall each designate a respective principal contact (each, a “Program Manager”) to facilitate day-to-day operations and resolve issues that may arise in the implementation of the Program. If the Program Managers are unable to reach agreement, then the dispute will be referred to the President of Bank and the Chief Executive Officer or another authorized officer of Sunlight who will work together in good faith towards a resolution. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, a party may resolve the dispute in accordance with Section 10.3.
