ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES. If Engineer forms a reasonable opinion that any work he/she/it has been directed to perform is beyond the overall scope of this Contract, as set forth in Exhibit B, and as such constitutes extra work (“Additional Engineering Services”), he/she/it shall promptly notify County in writing. In the event County finds that such work does constitute Additional Engineering Services, County shall so advise Engineer and a written Contract Amendment will be executed between the parties as provided in Article 14. Any increase to the Compensation Cap due to Additional Engineering Services must be set forth in such Contract Amendment. Engineer shall not perform any proposed Additional Engineering Services nor incur any additional costs prior to the execution, by both parties, of a written Contract Amendment. Following the execution of a Contract Amendment that provides for Additional Engineering Services, a written Work Authorization, which sets forth the Additional Engineering Services to be performed, must be executed by the parties. County shall not be responsible for actions by Engineer nor for any costs incurred by Engineer relating to Additional Engineering Services not directly associated with the performance of the Engineering Services authorized in this Contract, by a fully executed Work Authorization or a fully executed Contract Amendment thereto.
ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES. Sonics will also offer additional engineering support services (“Engineering Services”) to Licensee as part of a separate, value-added engineering or design services consulting arrangement. The work required will be fully scoped to Licensee’s requirements and clearly defined in a separate “Statement of Work.” Such Engineering Services work will be delivered on either a fixed fee or a time-and-materials basis. Time-and-materials based Engineering Services will be charged using Sonics’ standard Engineering Services rates (currently [***] per engineer-day, plus travel and expenses). Engineering Services work may consist of, but are not limited to, the following type of activities: • Support in tailoring of the SB, MemMax and the Deliverables to Licensee’s design flow. • Support of Licensee during the core “hardening” (implementing the core into the targeted process) stage of development. • Support in Licensee’s core conversion to OCP compliance. • Support in the integration and interface of the SB and MemMax within Licensee’s IC product design. • Guidance in SB and MemMax related issues during the system-level verification phase of the IC product development. • Memory Subsystem design • Custom OCP mergers splitters and cross bars

ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES. 1. Miscellaneous time and expense reimbursable expenses (shipping, travel, lodging, etc.).
2. Provide topographic, legal surveying and construction staking for proposed improvements.
3. Provide materials testing services for compaction testing and concrete testing.
ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES. 6.02.1 Additional Services of the Engineer shall be compensated on an hourly basis at our standard billing rates, per our current Schedule of Hourly Billing Rates, unless a stipulated sum is mutually agreed upon. A schedule of our prevailing rates is attached. No Additional Services shall be performed without prior written authorization from the Client.
ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES. If Spreadtrum wants any additional engineering services from InterDigital during the course of the Project that are beyond the scope of the services and Support contemplated by the Statement of Work, InterDigital will use reasonable efforts to provide it, subject to the availability of personnel and other resources. All such additional engineering services will be provided only upon terms and conditions to be mutually agreed and at hourly rates acceptable to InterDigital and Spreadtrum.
ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES. ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES as detailed in the Attachments shall be provided by the ENGINEER upon written authorization by the CITY and concurrence of Funding Agency. Compensation for performing the designated ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES will be included on Attachment I, Attachment II, Attachment III, or Attachment IV. ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES could include such things as the following.
ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES. Additional Engineering Services are defined in Exhibit D: “Additional Engineering Services,” attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement. No Additional Engineering Services are authorized unless authorization for specified additional services are provided to ENGINEER by CITY in writing and approved by CITY.
ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES. Additional services, if performed by the PE at the request of the Board, shall entitle the PE to additional compensation to be negotiated at the time that the FPDC Department requests such services. The following are considered additional services: detailed construction cost estimator, acoustician, landscape architect, site irrigation consultant, graphic design consultant, on-site civil engineering, off-site civil engineering, third bid proceeding, expert testimony, public hearing, legal proceedings (unless subpoenaed by the tribunal or a third party), full-time Project representative, program writing, special feasibility studies, evaluation of more than one site, master planning, bidding and coordination of separate contracts, expanded services caused by fire or similar causes or the default of the Construction Manager, Contractor or Board making measured drawings, travel out-of-county requested by the FPDC Department, threshold building inspections as required by the FPDC Department and the law, development of regional impact study, applications to DEP, application to Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD), making revisions inconsistent with prior Board approval, and other services not otherwise included in this Agreement. For further explanation of Additional Services, the PE shall refer to the PA/E's Handbook. Generally, if the FPDC Department requests Additional Services, the PE shall furnish such services requested with the fees to be negotiated between the PE and the FPDC Department. Under no circumstances will the principals of the PE and the principals of his consultants be paid a fee in excess of $125 per hour.
ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES. (1) The ENGINEER may provide the following additional services for a fee, if written approval is obtained from both ANRC and the OWNER before the additional services are initiated:
A. Preparation of environment impact assessments or environmental impact statements.
B. Special site surveys.
C. Laboratory tests, well tests, borings, specialized geological, soils, hydraulic, or other studies the ENGINEER recommends.
D. Property surveys, detailed description of sites, maps, drawings, acquisition estimates or assistance in negotiating for land and easement rights.
E. Any redesign ordered by both ANRC and the OWNER, with the exception of any redesigns necessary to reduce the project cost to within available limits.
F. Appearance before courts or boards on matters of litigation or hearings related to the project.
G. Detailed staking beyond the control staking commonly expected as necessary to establish baselines for locating the project work and establish bench marks adjacent to the work.
H. Compensation for Inspection Services beyond the contract period will be provided through the Contract’s Liquidated Damages clause.
(2) The ENGINEER agrees to provide the Operation and Maintenance Manual for facilities if requested to do so by both ANRC and the OWNER for additional compensation in the amount of $ . A draft copy of the manual will be submitted for approval at 50% completion of the project. A final copy of the manual will be submitted for approval at 80% completion of the project.
(3) Payment for any additional engineering services specified in this Section must be approved in writing by ANRC and agreed upon in a secondary written contract between the OWNER and the ENGINEER before any additional work begins. Barring unforeseen circumstances, compensation for additional engineering services will not exceed $ . The ENGINEER will xxxx the OWNER for these additional services as they are performed once per month in an itemized xxxx that is separate from any other billing. The OWNER will pay the ENGINEER on or before the 15th day following receipt of each xxxx for additional engineering services.
