Common use of Program Reporting Clause in Contracts

Program Reporting. The Awardee shall submit such reports as required by RISE to meet its local obligations and its obligations to HUD. RISE will prescribe the report format, as well as the time and location for submission of such reports. Required reports include, but are not limited to the following: A. Monthly reports which shall include the progress made to date, or justification for lack of progress, in providing the services specified in Exhibit A. B. Closeout reports including a final performance report, inventory of all property acquired or improved by CDBG-NDR funds, and final financial report, upon termination or completion of the award.
