Program Steering Committees. The Parties shall establish a Program Steering Committee (a “PSC”) as a subcommittee of the AJSC to facilitate the Collaboration with respect to each Split Territory Licensed Program. Each PSC shall be subject to Section 9.1.7 (Subcommittees) and this Section 9.3.
