Program Warranty. Licensor warrants for one (1) year from the date on which the Software specified in a Delivery Order Document is first used in production by Licensee that the Software will perform in all material respects the functions described in the Documentation when operated in accordance with the Documentation on a Supported Platform.
Program Warranty. Oracle warrants for a period of one year from the Commencement Date that each unmodified Program will perform the functions described in the Documentation.
Program Warranty. To use commercially reasonable efforts to correct or provide a workaround for reproducible Program errors that cause a breach of this warranty.

ClearCommerce warrants that the Program referred to ---------------- herein will operate in accordance with and substantially conform to the Documentation, manuals, any specifications provided or agreed to, and any relevant data sheet or promotional literature distributed by ClearCommerce.
Program Warranty. For as long as You have Maintenance Services, We warrant that the Programs will perform in all material respects the functions described in the Documentation when operated on in accordance with the Specifications.

Licensor warrants for one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date on which the Software specified in a Delivery Order Document is delivered to Licensee that the Software will perform in all material respects the functions described in the Documentation when operated in accordance with the Documentation on a Supported Platform.

Licensor warrants that each Program referred to herein will operate in accordance with and substantially conform to the Specifications, Documentation, manuals, and data sheets; and, promotional literature, presentations, and any other written materials to the extend actually relied upon by HP; concerning the Programs that are made publicly available by Licensor or are provided by Licensor to HP.
Program Warranty. Siebel warrants for one (1) year from the Commencement Date that each Program for which Customer has a Program License will perform in all material respects the functions described in the Documentation when operated on a Supported Platform.
Program Warranty. To use its commercially reasonable efforts to correct or provide a workaround for reproducible Program errors that cause a breach of this warranty, or if Siebel is unable to make the Program operate as warranted within a reasonable time considering the severity of the error and its impact on the Customer, Customer shall be entitled to return the Program to Siebel and recover the fees paid to Siebel for the Program License and any Services that directly relate to the Program License.
