PROGRESS AND COMPLETION. It is expressly understood by the Contractor and Owner that time is important in the performance of this Agreement. The Contractor shall begin the Work on the date of commencement set forth in the written notice to proceed. The Contractor shall carry the Work forward expeditiously with adequate forces and shall complete it in accordance with the Schedule.

The Contractor shall begin the Work on the date of commencement set forth in the written notice to proceed. The Contractor shall carry the Work forward expeditiously with adequate forces and shall complete it so that all of the milestone events are completed on or before the dates specified and in accordance with the ScheduleSchedule as set forth in Article 7.7 of this Agreement.
