Common use of Progress Report Clause in Contracts

Progress Report. On or before September 1 of each year until LICENSEE markets a Licensed Product(s), LICENSEE shall make a written annual report to STANFORD covering the preceding year ending June 30, regarding the progress of LICENSEE toward commercial use of Licensed Product(s). Such report shall include, as a minimum, information sufficient to enable STANFORD to satisfy reporting requirements of the U.S. Government and for STANFORD to ascertain progress by LICENSEE toward meeting the diligence requirements of this Article 5.

Progress Report. On or before September 1 of each year until LICENSEE markets a Licensed Product(s) or grants a sublicense under the Licensed Patent(s), LICENSEE shall make a written annual report to STANFORD covering the preceding year ending June 30, regarding the progress of LICENSEE toward commercial use of Licensed Product(s) or sublicensing of Licensed Patent(s). Such report shall include, as a minimum, information sufficient to enable STANFORD to satisfy reporting requirements of the U.S. Government and for STANFORD to ascertain progress by LICENSEE toward meeting the diligence requirements of this Article 5.

Progress Report. On or before September 1 of each year until LICENSEE markets a Licensed Product(s)Product, STANFORD may request in writing that LICENSEE shall make submit a written annual report to STANFORD covering the preceding year ending June 30, regarding the progress of LICENSEE toward commercial use of Licensed Product(s)Product. Such report shall include, as a minimum, information sufficient to enable STANFORD and JHU to satisfy reporting requirements of the U.S. Government HHMI and for STANFORD to ascertain progress by LICENSEE toward meeting the diligence requirements of this Article 54.

Progress Report. On or before September 1 30 of each year until LICENSEE --------------- or an Affiliate or sublicensee markets a Licensed Product(s), LICENSEE shall make a written annual report to STANFORD covering the preceding year ending June 30, regarding the progress of LICENSEE toward commercial use commercialization of Licensed Product(s), either by itself or through Affiliate(s) or sublicensee(s). Such report shall include, as a minimum, information sufficient to enable STANFORD to satisfy reporting requirements of the U.S. Government and for STANFORD to ascertain progress by LICENSEE toward meeting the diligence requirements of this Article 5.

On or before September 1 April 15 of each year until LICENSEE markets a Licensed Product(s), LICENSEE shall make a written annual report to STANFORD covering the preceding year ending June 30March 31, regarding the progress of LICENSEE toward commercial use of Licensed Product(s). Such report shall include, as a minimum, information sufficient to enable STANFORD to satisfy reporting requirements of the U.S. Government and for STANFORD to ascertain progress by LICENSEE toward meeting the diligence requirements of this Article 5.

On Commencing September 1, 1994, on or before September 1 of each year until LICENSEE markets a Licensed Product(s), LICENSEE shall make a written annual report to STANFORD covering the preceding year ending June 30, regarding the progress of LICENSEE toward commercial use of Licensed Product(s). Such report shall include, as a minimum, information sufficient to enable STANFORD to satisfy any reporting requirements of the U.S. Government and for STANFORD to ascertain progress by LICENSEE toward meeting the diligence requirements of this Article 5.

On or before September 1 February 15 of each year until LICENSEE markets first commercial sale of a Licensed Product(s)Product by LICENSEE or a sublicensee, LICENSEE shall make a written annual report to STANFORD covering the preceding year ending June 30calendar year, regarding the progress of LICENSEE or sublicensee toward commercial use sale of Licensed Product(s). Such report shall include, as a minimum, information sufficient to enable STANFORD to satisfy reporting requirements of the U.S. Government under CFR Title 37, Section 401 and for STANFORD to ascertain progress by LICENSEE toward meeting the diligence requirements of this Article 5.Article
