Common use of Progress Reports and Reviews Clause in Contracts

Progress Reports and Reviews. (a) The Borrower shall prepare, under terms of reference satisfactory to the Association, and furnish to the Association, semi-annually beginning on or about the date six (6) months after the Effective Date, a report integrating the results of the monitoring and evaluation activities performed pursuant to Paragraph 1 of this Section, on the progress achieved in the carrying out of the Project during the period preceding the date of said report and setting out the measures recommended to ensure the efficient carrying out of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof during the period following such date.

Progress Reports and Reviews. (a) The Borrower shall prepare, in conjunction with MEBF, under terms of reference satisfactory to the Association, and furnish to the Association, semi-annually semiannually beginning on or about the date six (6) months after the Effective Date, a report integrating the results of the monitoring and evaluation activities performed pursuant to Paragraph 1 of this Section, on the progress achieved in the carrying out of the Project during the period preceding the date of said report and setting out the measures recommended to ensure the efficient carrying out of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof during the period following such date.

(a) The Borrower shall prepare, under terms of reference satisfactory to the Association, and furnish to the Association, semi-annually beginning on or about a quarterly basis for the date six first twenty four (624) months after the Effective Date, and thereafter on a semi-annual basis until the Closing Date of the Project, a report integrating the results of the monitoring and evaluation activities performed pursuant to Paragraph 1 of this Section, on the progress achieved in the carrying out of the Project during the period preceding the date of said report and setting out the measures recommended to ensure the efficient carrying out of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof during the period following such date.
