Progression Requirements. To progress to a higher step, up to and including Step 15 on the wage scale set forth in this article, the employee must provide evidence that the employee in compliance with Hospital policy with respect to the following: 1. Completion of annual competency requirements. 2. TB testing (if required for the position). 3. Basic Life Support every second year (if required for the position). 4. Maintenance of current licensure/certification (if required for the position). 5. Completion of department-specific competencies.
