Scheduling Priority. Prior to posting of the schedule, the Hospital will make 2 every effort to schedule bargaining unit nurses, including per diem nurses, prior to 3 temporary, agency or traveler nurses.
Scheduling Priority. The parties agree that an assignment process that honors the positive performance and longevity of unit members is a benefit to both the unit member and the District. The intent of this section is to provide scheduling priority to unit members who meet professional standards of performance and demonstrate a continuing commitment to the educational programs of the District.

Scheduling Priority. A Community Group User shall have lower scheduling priority than a Regular Renter in which rent is prepaid. In case of a scheduling conflict with a Regular Rental, a Community Group Use may be subject to rescheduling or cancellation, solely within the discretion of the RCZC. Every effort will be made to avoid cancellation through advance planning and cooperation.

It is understood that in the event a full-time faculty member’s regular contractual assignment (not including overload) is cancelled or reduced, the full-time faculty member may be assigned to replace a unit member.
