Progressive Discipline/Discharge. A disciplinary action may be taken against an employee for just cause. Any disciplinary action shall comply with law and regulation, shall be fair and equitable, and shall be consistent with the principle of progressive discipline, except in cases of a serious magnitude, which could seriously threaten or jeopardize the safety of the students, other employees, or the physical assets of the School District. The School board or designee shall have the right to discipline/discharge an employee for just cause.
