The Beneficiary is prohibited from using its personnel or funds provided herein for political activities; inherently religious activities; lobbying (2 CFR 200.450) and New Restrictions on Lobbying (31 CFR Part 21; political patronage; or nepotism activities. • Drug-Free Workplace Beneficiary shall provide a drug-free workplace in accordance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988.
