Common use of Prohibited Activity Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Activity. (a) You must not tamper with, circumvent, bypass or otherwise interfere with the Electricity Supply Equipment, the Meter, or Your Equipment or allow anyone else to do so. (b) You must not use electricity in a way that interferes with the supply of electricity to anyone else or causes loss to anyone else.

Prohibited Activity. You must not and you must not allow anyone else to: (a) You must not tamper with, circumventbypass, bypass circumvent or otherwise interfere with the Electricity Supply Equipment, the Meterelectricity supply equipment, or Your Equipment do anything that will prevent us or allow anyone else to do so.Western Power Networks from accessing the electricity supply equipment, (b) You must not use electricity in a way that interferes with the supply of electricity to anyone else or causes loss to anyone else.;

(c) You are liable for any damage that you cause to the Network Operator’s Network and indemnify us against any action brought by the Network Operator against us in respect of such damage.
