User will not use the ACH Services if User engages in the following businesses: internet gambling; pornography or other sexually-oriented business; psychic or horoscope consultation services; outbound telemarketing; credit repair or debt consolidation services; prepaid vacation/timeshare solicitation services; payday loan business; or any other business category or activity designated from time-to-time by Autobooks or its TPSPs to be prohibited.
