Prohibited Checks. We may decline to accept any image of a check you submit through eCheck Deposit in our sole discretion. Without limiting that discretion, you agree that you will only seek to deposit “checks,” as that term is defined in the Federal Reserve’s Regulation CC, 12 C.F.R.
