Common use of Prohibited Country Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Country. (ies): Afghanistan, Belarus, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, non-government-controlled areas of the Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts of Ukraine or Ukrainian territories claimed to be Annexed by Russia or any country or region which is, or whose government is, or becomes, a target of comprehensive, country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions. Sandvik reserves the right to amend the list of Prohibited Countries by written notice to the Purchaser.
