Customer shall not disclose (and shall not permit any data subject to disclose) any sensitive data (special categories) of Data or Data that imposes specific data security or data protection obligations on NICE in addition to or different from those specified in this DPA or the Services Agreement to NICE for processing except where and to the extent expressly disclosed in Appendix I.
