Common use of Prohibited Interest Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Interest. A. No member, officer or employee of the MPO or any state or local public body during his or her tenure or for one year thereafter may have or acquire any interest whatsoever, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or proceeds thereof or any benefit arising therefrom. B. No member of or delegate to the Congress of the United States of America may have or acquire any interest whatsoever, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or proceeds thereof or any benefit arising therefrom.
