Prohibition Against Liens. Except as provided in Section 11.02, the City will maintain title to or the possession of the System and equipment acquired and properties improved by the Project, including any necessary servitudes and rights-of-way acquired in connection with the Project. Title to any immovable equipment and any real property purchased by the City in connection with the Project will remain free and clear of all liens and encumbrances.
