Prohibition Against Transfers. 11.1 ABC may not assign, hypothecate, or transfer this Agreement or any interest therein directly or indirectly, by operation of law or otherwise without the prior written consent of City. Prohibition Against Transfers a. Provider shall submit a written request for consent to transfer to the City Manager at least thirty (30) days in advance of the desired transfer.
