Prohibition of Performance Requirements. No Party shall apply in connection with the establishment, acquisition, expansion, management, conduct, operation, or sale or other disposition of an investment of an investor of a Party in its territory any measure which is inconsistent with the Agreement on Trade-Related Investment Measures in Annex 1A to the WTO Agreement.
