Common use of Prohibition on Photography, Filming and Recording Clause in Contracts

Prohibition on Photography, Filming and Recording. To protect and assure the privacy of members’, employees’ and visitors’ information, we prohibit photography, filming and recording of any type with any device or technology on our Credit Union’s premises without prior express written consent from us. This pro- hibition extends to outdoor areas near any ATM, Kiosk, or any other facility or device that may display, broadcast or provide any infor- mation. Any violation of this prohibition may result in the termina- tion of products and services with us, or the exercising of our rights under the MSA or the law.
