Prohibition on Transfers of Personal Data. To the extent that the Processing of Customer Personal Data by us involves the export of such Customer Personal Data to a country or territory outside the EEA, other than a country or territory ensuring an adequate level of protection for the rights and freedoms of Data Subjects in relation to the Processing of Personal Data as determined by the European Commission (an "International Transfer"), such transfer shall be governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses. In the event of any conflict between any terms in the Standard Contractual Clauses, this DPA and the Agreement, the Standard Contractual Clauses shall prevail.

Prohibition on Transfers of Personal Data. The Customer acknowledges that the Processor and its Subprocessors will process and host GDPR Personal Data only inside the EEA or Switzerland, and that Processor complies with EU and US data regulations for cross-border data movement.
