GDPR Personal Data definition

GDPR Personal Data means “personal data” (as defined by GDPR) relating to an EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland data subject.
GDPR Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual which information is subject to the GDPR.
GDPR Personal Data means the "personal data" (as defined in the GDPR) about Data Subjects located in the EEA that ESAB Processes on behalf of the Client and/or the Client’s Affiliates in connection with ESAB’s provision of the Services;

  • For the purposes for GDPR, Personal Data means any information relating to You such as a name, an identification number, location data, online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

More Definitions of GDPR Personal Data

GDPR Personal Data means the “personal data” (as defined in the GDPR and the UK GDPR) that Abnormal Processes on behalf of Customer in connection with Abnormal’s provision of the Service.
GDPR Personal Data means Your ‘personal data’ (as defined in Article 4(1) of the GDPR) that You forward, provide, or otherwise make available to Trend Micro hereunder, but only if such personal data is otherwise subject to, governed by, and protected under the GDPR.

GDPR Personal Data means the personal data (as defined in the GDPR) that Flexera processes on behalf of the Customer or its Affiliate in connection with Flexera’s provision of the Services if the Customer, respectively, the Affiliate (i) is located in a European State or (ii) processes personal data of Data Subjects who are located in a European State;
GDPR Personal Data means “personal data” as defined by GDPR. The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement, any Terms Agreement or any other agreement referred to in this Agreement will not result in a breach of GDPR Privacy Law or GDPR Policies. Neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries, (i) has received notice of any actual or potential liability under or relating to, or actual or potential violation of, GDPR Privacy Law; (ii) is currently conducting or paying for, in whole or in part, any investigation, remediation or other corrective action pursuant to GDPR Privacy Law; or (iii) is a party to any order, decree, or agreement that imposed any obligation or liability under GDPR Privacy Law.
GDPR Personal Data means the “personal data” (as defined in the GDPR) described in ANNEX 1 and any other personal data that Processor Processes on behalf of Customer or Customer's Affiliate in connection with Processor's provision of the Services.
