As for freedom of conscience for teachers, I am confident that even as teachers are required to provide a provincially prescribed program of instruction they are also aware that should they object to that requirement on religious or moral grounds we would consider any such case on its facts and circumstances in light of applicable laws, the Charter, the School Act and the Human Rights Code.
